Warranty Assessments

Warranty Assessments are key in creating the need for change. They form the basis for a future vision and help drive out the business plan to fund the changes. My assessments utilize the following methods:

  • On-site interviews and focus groups with the OEM and their customers or dealers
  • Use of assessment tools like assessments included in the AIAG Warranty Manual and my assessment tools
  • Discussions with technical and process experts from within other companies to help visualize the solution
  • Competitive benchmarking, visioning, future requirements gathering, brainstorming sessions, and other tools to help drive the need for change
